  • ATS analysis records are stored with a 24-hour expiration window and may be removed once expired.
  • Authentication records are managed by Firebase according to your account status and Firebase policies.
  • We keep operational logs only as long as needed for debugging, security, and service reliability.

  • Google Firebase: authentication and backend data services.
  • Google Analytics: website usage analytics and measurement.
  • OpenAI API: optional AI-generated bullet suggestions when enabled by system configuration.
